Master Planner

The primary role of a Master Scheduler is to manage the overall master schedule for formulated products at various production facilities and toll manufacturers. This critical position is responsible for effectively and efficiently planning, coordinating, and implementing production schedules to meet global demand.

• Develop and maintain a balanced rolling 16-week master schedule for formulated products, taking into account root cause analysis and corrective actions to ensure schedule stability and timely demand fulfillment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, inventory planning, supply planning, demand planning, and active ingredient planning, to confirm production plans, address deviations, and respond to unexpected events.
• Review and respond to demand exceptions from regional demand planners within a 48-hour timeframe.
• Ensure the accuracy of planning master data through ongoing audits and adherence to workflow processes according to service level agreements.
• Make informed decisions regarding volume allocation in collaboration with regional demand planners, plant management, and product line accounting, considering factors such as product segmentation, quality issues, supply disruptions, and manufacturing constraints.

• Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate multiple requests and priorities across various groups and geographies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and sell ideas, plans, and recommendations through strong personal influence building skills, leading to consensus decisions and plans.
