- Compare best practices across different processes, standardize functions, and propose opportunities for reengineering and automation.
- Configure workflow systems to optimize business processes.
- Produce operational business requirements for Brazil Markets and TTS Processes.
- Document operational processes and procedures to support the rollout of RPAs.
- Map business requirements to proposed global and regional systems, ensuring seamless integration.
- Develop test cases for the operations project team to ensure quality assurance.
- Conduct operational process review sessions, documenting 'as-is' processes and suggesting 'to-be' processes based on best practices.
- Suggest process improvement opportunities for optimal system utilization.
- Minimum 2-3 years of business analysis experience.
- Proven experience working with workflow management systems.
- Tech SDLC knowledge and basic programming skills.
- Knowledge of current market processes, such as FX and derivatives.
- Significant knowledge of business analysis analytical methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Operational experience and expertise in efficiency and productivity project management.
- Strong skills in senior management presentations and reporting.
- Expertise in business analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Able to work effectively in a team, integrating regional and global teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
