O papel do Especialista em Processos Legais é fundamental para garantir a conformidade dos processos das empresas clientes. Nesse sentido, essa profissão implica auxiliar na verificação e tratamento de documentos legais das empresas.

Aqui estão algumas das atividades realizadas por esse profissional:

  • Colher e organizar os documentos necessários;
  • Auxiliar nos procedimentos de abertura, alteração e baixa das empresas;
  • Dar suporte nos processos de obtenção de licenças e autorizações de funcionamento;
  • Apoiar em atividades externas na Junta Comercial, Receita Federal, Prefeituras, entre outros;
  • Auxiliar no controle de vencimento dos certificados digitais;
  • Apoiar rotinas de cadastro, atualização e exclusão de clientes nos sistemas internos;
  • Apoiar em outras atividades de legalização que possam ser necessárias para atender às demandas dos clientes;
  • Participar da solução de pendências;
  • Ajudar no atendimento aos clientes, garantindo que eles estejam cientes de todos os aspectos legais relacionados aos seus negócios e fornecendo orientação quando necessário;
Requisitos Essenciais:
  • Superior cursando ou completo em Contabilidade, Direito, Administração ou áreas afins;
