We are seeking an experienced data analyst to join our team and help drive data-informed decisions across our in-house mobile application products.
About the Role- This individual will analyze user behavior, evaluate feature performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data insights.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, preferably with experience working with SQL and Python. They should be able to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to understand product performance, user behavior, and business trends.
Responsibilities include building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor product health and performance. The data analyst will also provide actionable recommendations to product managers and leadership teams based on their findings.
Candidates should have excellent communication skills and be able to partner with stakeholders to identify key metrics and measure the success of product initiatives. Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks is a plus.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or similar.
- 3+ years of experience in management/analysis of data within a Structured Query Language (SQL) database.
- Experience collecting and analyzing data and reporting on the results using Excel or a statistical software package.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Proven experience analyzing and interpreting data in a mobile app environment.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and working in iterative development cycles.
