Senior E-commerce Developer

- We are looking for a skilled developer to join our team as a Senior Shopify Developer.
This role requires someone with a solid understanding of the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies, as well as experience with page performance optimization and secure development practices.
The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting site issues using various tools, working with product management and business partners on system capability, design, and solutions.
They will also participate in code reviews, unit testing, and technical validation of updates, and engage with project management to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements- A minimum of 4 years of Shopify development experience, with knowledge of Shopify Plus.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and methodologies.
- Flexibility to work extended hours as part of a rotating schedule.
- Experience troubleshooting site issues using various tools.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Experience with page performance optimization and secure development practices.
- Knowledge of front-end caching, CDNs, and request-response flow.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.
- Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to new technologies and procedures.
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
