This role is responsible for performing physicochemical analysis in foods using advanced instrumentation. The successful candidate will support product development for our Foods and Beverages categories in Brazil and LATAM South.

• Perform analytical testing using high-tech instrumentation such as LC/MS/MS, robot-assisted sample preparation, and gas chromatography.
• Develop and validate new analytical methods in our R&D laboratory according to PepsiCo's global standards.
• Collaborate with global teams on analytical method harmonization and instrument calibration.
• Provide basic maintenance for high-tech instrumentation and manage laboratory consumables and chemicals inventory.

• Bachelor's degree in Food Chemistry or related field.
• Native fluency in Portuguese, basic Spanish, and conversational English.
• Basic software skills, including Microsoft Office.

The estimated annual salary for this role is R$ 80,000 - R$ 120,000 based on industry standards and local market conditions.
