Industrial Cybersecurity Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. As an Industrial Cybersecurity Specialist, you will be responsible for executing risk assessments and threat analyses at manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and threat analyses to identify potential security vulnerabilities in OT systems.
  • Evaluate and implement security solutions to mitigate identified risks, ensuring compliance with IEC62443/ISA99 standards.
  • Design, test, and implement secure network architectures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and anomaly monitoring solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for security policies, procedures, and incident management processes.
  • Provide training and support on standard security tools and processes to ensure effective implementation and adoption.
Requirements:

To be successful as an Industrial Cybersecurity Specialist, you must have:

  • Experience in OT security risk assessment, policy, and process definition.
  • Familiarity with industrial control systems (PLC/SCADA/Historian/DCS/MES) and their associated security challenges.
  • Hands-on experience with deploying and supporting security practices and technologies in OT environments, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and anomaly monitoring solutions.
  • Knowledge of IT-OT network security assessment and solution design for manufacturing environments, including network architecture, switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Experience with OT security tools like MS D4IOT, Armis, Claroty, Nozomi, and Secure remote access solutions.
  • A working knowledge of current OT security and safety regulations, standards, and guidelines, such as NIST, ISA99, and IEC-62443.
Preferred Qualifications:

Pursuing or holding certifications in IEC62443, CCNA, CISA, CISM, GICSP, or SN is desirable.
