Exterior Tops Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Exterior Tops Specialist. This role is responsible for installing exterior components on new homes, ensuring a high-quality finish and meeting customer expectations.

• This position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and management.

1. Install OSB Sheathing, Vinyl Siding, Windows, Eave and Overhang Components, Roof Decking, and Shingles on new homes.
2. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
3. Collaborate with the Team Leader and Area Coordinator to optimize manufacturing processes, identify quality control issues, and address material shortages.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on productivity and safety.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
