Immersive Experience Creative Director - AI-Powered Advertising

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the development of innovative ad concepts for acquisition marketing on Meta. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in creating engaging and high-performing ad content, as well as exceptional people management skills.

This role involves working closely with performance marketers, designers, and video editors in a fast-paced remote environment to deliver top-notch creative direction and elevate client performance.

The selected individual will be responsible for managing a team of designers focused on paid ad creative, providing actionable feedback, and contributing to internal process refinement and creative innovation.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead concept development and execution for paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and display.
  • Translate client's marketing strategy and performance data into compelling ad concepts that drive results.
  • Develop and direct a range of assets, such as static ads, animations, mobile-first videos, and storyboards for short-form content.
  • Present creative work to stakeholders and clients with clarity and strategic rationale.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the marketing team to inform creative iterations and optimize campaign performance.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of senior-level design experience, preferably with 1 year of people management experience.
  • Digital portfolio showcasing performance-focused ad creative, including static ads, motion graphics, and short-form video, with a deep understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Knowledge of how to incorporate AI software into workflows to increase efficiencies and output, including ChatGPT, Midjourney, Perplexity, Icon, and more.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for campaign performance.
  • Skilled at collaborating with performance marketers and creative strategists to develop effective campaign plans and iterate based on ad performance data.
  • Able to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and clients, including presenting creative work and responding to feedback.
  • Experienced in Figma for ad design workflows, with knowledge of Auto Layout, Components, and asset handoff.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, for asset creation and layout design.
