Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Audience Data Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing audience strategies that drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Audit and implement audience strategies across local teams, in collaboration with regional PM & PI leads.
  • Coordinate with E-commerce to align full-funnel audience strategies.
  • Develop consumer journeys using available data and define funnel-stage conversion points based on campaign goals.
  • Analyze digital channel performance to ensure seamless journeys and optimize future campaigns.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Data & Analytics.
  • Background in the CPG industry with a track record in digital media roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Marketing Platform (GA360, DV360, CM, Retailer data).
  • Strong understanding of digital media KPIs, optimization, and dashboarding.
  • Deep knowledge of 1st-party data use in targeting and media activation.
  • Expertise in audience segmentation, targeting, journey optimization, and conversion modeling.
