Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring timely and seamless communication with clients.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensure smooth coordination of tasks and meetings, foster collaboration between departments and team members.
- Develop engaging content for social media channels, including posts, flyers, videos, and promotions that align with the organization's brand identity and aesthetic standards.
- Contribute to online marketing efforts and branding initiatives by collaborating on the development of innovative ideas and strategies, stay up-to-date with industry trends, research and best practices.
- Maintain customer service excellence and continuously improve the client experience by actively listening to feedback, concerns, and suggestions.
- Provide occasional administrative support and other ad hoc tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the aesthetics/beauty industry or a related field.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines efficiently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain a high level of productivity and focus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
