Personalization Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to establish the technical vision for personalization. This role involves solving complex challenges and influencing strategy, architecture, and innovation across teams.

• Develop and implement company-wide personalization strategy and architecture
• Solve critical technical challenges such as cold start, real-time learning, and exploration/exploitation tradeoffs
• Design and implement advanced machine learning solutions using cutting-edge techniques
• Establish and enforce machine learning architecture patterns, design standards, and reusable infrastructure
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that redefine how personalization impacts business outcomes

• 10+ years designing, developing, and deploying large-scale machine learning systems with a focus on personalization
• Expertise in building machine learning systems, recognized industry expertise through patents, publications, or significant product impact
• Proven success architecting machine learning platforms serving billions of predictions in production
• Demonstrated track record of innovation in personalization or recommender systems
• Mastery across multiple machine learning domains including deep learning, causal inference, multi-armed bandits, and graph-based models
