We're looking for a highly organized and detail-focused individual to support the day-to-day operations of our flagship wellness program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and publish weekly and monthly live class schedules, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions
  • Communicate with instructors to confirm availability, gather class details, and ensure timely updates, fostering strong relationships and effective collaboration
  • Provide basic support to clients and instructors, addressing technical issues, providing FAQs, and ensuring a smooth user experience
  • Monitor class attendance, flagging any issues or trends, and assist in gathering feedback from members to improve class offerings
  • Collaborate with marketing and community teams to promote upcoming classes, leveraging creativity and strategic thinking to drive engagement
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure consistent program delivery, upholding high standards of quality and excellence
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in wellness programming, administration, virtual event management, or community support, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through, with excellent time management and prioritization abilities
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Suite, and digital scheduling tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
  • Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and passionate about wellness, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation
