Video Editor

We're seeking a skilled video editor to join our marketing team. This is a creative and collaborative role that requires sharp instincts, strong technical skills, and a passion for crafting engaging content.

You'll work closely with our team to deliver standout content across various platforms. Your key responsibilities will include editing and producing video content optimized for different formats, creating native video content, and applying text overlays and sound design to support performance.

• Edit and produce video content optimized for short-form and long-form formats.
• Create native video content, including repurposed edits and cutdowns.
• Apply text overlays, closed captions, and sound design to enhance engagement.
• Transform voice notes, podcasts, webinars, and interviews into polished video content.
• Extract compelling moments from raw footage and collaborate on edits, structure, and narrative framing.
• Organize and manage footage to create a systemized pipeline for recurring content formats.
• Analyze performance data and refine editing strategies to drive reach, engagement, and conversion.

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in editing content for social-first brands or agencies.
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, and working knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, and motion graphics.
• A keen eye for storytelling, pacing, and rhythm, with the ability to build content that captivates audiences.
• Understanding of editing for performance, not just aesthetics.
