Job Summary

SAP is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Adoption Office Team as a Solution Adoption Data Analyst Intern. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, develop your skills in data analysis and business acumen, and contribute to the success of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build data reports, dashboards, and presentations using SAP Analytics Cloud to drive usage and consumption of cloud solutions.
  • Develop metrics and standards to measure customer adoption and expansion.
  • Collect, clean, and process large quantities of data to support business outcomes.
  • Navigate through different data tools to ensure delivered business outcomes.
  • Develop tools and SOPs to help scale and increase business insights.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver information, resources, and best practices.
  • Engage and align with Customer Success Partners, Product and Solution Managers, Marketing and Analytics Teams.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled student at a university or University of Applied Sciences.
  • Studying in fields related to Technology or Commerce (Bachelor's, Master's, MBA).
  • Business fluent in English. Additional language is a plus.
  • Combination of technical and business experience.
  • Team player with a self-starter attitude and ability to work with minimal direction.
  • Good communication, writing, and organization skills.
  • Able to synthesize and analyze large quantities of data, with a creative and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
