Seeking an experienced recruiter to find skilled engineers in the Swedish IT industry. Sweden needs talented professionals to support growing demand across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Finding and engaging software engineers in Sweden and building trust with candidates.
  • Informing candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden and coordinating relocation considerations.
  • Collaborating with a global recruitment team and Swedish delivery management to handle relocation logistics (visa, work permits, travel, housing).
  • Working with clients in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.
Essential Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector or similar technical experience.
  • A solid network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Excellent service orientation, with a flexible mindset towards finding the best solution for challenges.
  • High-quality brand awareness.
  • Understanding of headhunting principles and IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies.
  • Upper intermediate English level.
  • Broad knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and methods, with the ability to learn new ideas.
  • Analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to identify and close recruitment requests.
  • Confidence, happiness, social skills, friendliness, and high self-motivation.
  • Durability and resilience, with the capacity to turn down into turning up.
  • Passion for success, with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues, and customers.
  • Responsiveness and responsibility, with an appropriate appearance.
