Financial Operations Coordinator


Job Description

The ideal candidate will play a key role in the financial operations department, working closely with the finance team to achieve department and team goals. Responsibilities include cash collections, receivables bookings, ensuring accurate account statements, and reconciling partner accounts.

You will also be responsible for acquiring and interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing ongoing partner finance reports. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting procedures and respond to partners' queries in a timely manner.


Requirements
  • Graduation in Accounting or a related field;
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Finance Operations;
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Microsoft Office experienced, mainly Excel;
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • A team worker, able to interact with different departments;
  • Effective organizational, stress, and time management skills;
  • Dynamic, with a high sense of responsibility, autonomy, and critical thinking.
