Job Title: Regional CFO for LATAM

MediaCom is seeking a seasoned Regional CFO for LATAM to lead our financial operations in the region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving financial growth, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic guidance to our business units.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Analysis and Planning: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for the LATAM region, ensuring alignment with MediaCom's global strategy.
  2. Financial Reporting and Compliance: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate financial records.
  3. Financial Leadership: Provide strategic guidance to our business units, driving financial growth and profitability in the LATAM region.
  4. Financial Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the stability and security of MediaCom's financial operations in LATAM.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience as a CFO, finance officer, or relevant role, with a proven track record of financial leadership in LATAM.
  2. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law, risk management practices, and financial regulations in LATAM.
  3. Skills: Strong analytical and leadership skills, with the ability to drive financial growth, ensure compliance, and provide strategic guidance to our business units.
