Position Overview
The Performance Specialist will play a crucial role within the Global Performance team, collaborating closely with leadership to enhance market performance through the implementation of strategic objectives. This includes managing the Management by Objectives (MBO) program and other performance frameworks to ensure alignment and effectiveness across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Performance partner for leadership and their respective teams.
- Oversee the Management by Objectives (MBO) program for the market.
- Manage all aspects of the MBO processes, including goal setting, performance tracking, updates, KPI definitions, and committee oversight.
- Provide coaching to leaders and teams on the application of performance frameworks and processes, in collaboration with the Global Performance team.
- Facilitate connections between global, zone, and market functions to ensure cohesive objectives, KPIs, and performance management processes.
- Assume ownership of any relevant Championships within the designated areas, supporting program development and execution.
- Ensure that KPIs are consistently updated and accurately reflect business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated interest and experience in performance management systems, tools, and frameworks, or a background in operational enhancement.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence senior leadership effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and diligence to maintain controls and uphold standards, particularly in relation to employee compensation in an audited setting.
- A mindset geared towards improvement and growth, with a focus on challenging existing processes and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
