We are seeking a Senior Payment Operations Manager to lead our cross-border payment team in Brazil. This role involves overseeing a team of analysts responsible for payment reconciliation and operational excellence, as well as coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of a team of analysts in payment reconciliation and operational excellence
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams to guarantee timely and efficient project completion
  • Driving process improvements to enhance buyer/seller payment experiences
  • Collaboration with banks, Fintechs, and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies
  • Data analysis (SQL/Excel) to reduce costs and optimize workflows
  • Ensuring compliance and efficiency in cross-border payment systems

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management (PMO) within the technology sector
  • 4–6 years of experience in payments, e-commerce, or fintech (reconciliation focus is a plus)
  • Advanced Data Analysis Skills (Excel/SQL) and proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)
  • Fluent English and Portuguese (written/spoken) is a MUST
  • Leadership mindset with ability to coach small teams
  • Problem-solver who thrives in deadline-driven environments
