Job Title: Python Automation Developer

Overview

A full-stack Python developer with expertise in Power Automate is needed to integrate directly into our team and work closely with cross-functional teams on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional software development experience, advanced English language skills, and proficiency in Python with the ability to write clean, efficient, and reusable automation scripts.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, including creating, managing, and optimizing workflows.
  • Solid understanding of automation principles, process mapping, and identifying areas for efficiency gains.
  • Experience integrating workflows with APIs, databases, and third-party services.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills to ensure reliable automation delivery.
  • Excellent documentation practices for workflows, processes, and technical steps.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
  • Develop and implement automation solutions using Power Automate.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for process optimization.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Proficiency in Python with the ability to write clean, efficient, and reusable automation scripts.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Familiarity with other automation tools such as UiPath (RPA) or Zapier.
  • Knowledge of workflow governance, security, and compliance best practices.
