Treasury Assistant

About the Role:

This role is responsible for managing customer interactions and providing exceptional service at the sales counter. The Treasury Assistant will be expected to handle a variety of tasks, including coordinating BL releasing and ensuring accurate documentation, resolving customer complaints, issuing receipts and Express Release instructions, and scanning goods and memos efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate BL releasing and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide relevant information about payments and cargo clearance.
  • Issue receipts to customers and Express Release instructions for timely delivery.
  • Scan goods and memos efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • University degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Upper Intermediate English level.
