Senior Artificial Intelligence Strategist

We are seeking an experienced AI consultant to spearhead AI-driven consulting engagements for our clients in the financial services industry. As a key member of our team, you will lead multidisciplinary teams of data scientists, ML engineers, and business strategists to develop long-term strategies for building AI solutions.

The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience leading data-driven strategies and delivering measurable outcomes. They will be responsible for identifying high-impact opportunities for AI and analytics within client organizations, quantifying the full value potential of AI solutions, and architecting end-to-end AI solutions by combining expertise in data engineering, solution design, and domain-specific knowledge.

This role requires excellent executive-level presentation skills and the ability to translate complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the payments ecosystem and key operational challenges relevant to card issuers. Experience managing direct reports and/or cross-functional teams is also essential.

• Develop AI-Driven Strategies

  • Architect end-to-end AI solutions by combining expertise in data engineering, solution design, and domain-specific knowledge

• Lead Rapid, Iterative AI Delivery

  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to co-own solutions

  • Drive a balanced approach to problem-solving, focusing on both technical feasibility and strategic payoff

• Expand Thought Leadership & External Network

  • Publish and present on cutting-edge AI methods and industry insights

  • Build an external network of AI experts, industry leaders, and academic partners

  • Advise on best practices around AI ethics, governance, and regulatory considerations

Qualifications & Skills:

• 8+ years of experience leading data-driven strategies and delivering measurable outcomes

• Hands-on experience developing and deploying GenAI use cases

• Demonstrated history of publishing, speaking at conferences, or driving innovative AI solutions

• Excellent executive-level presentation skills

• A deep understanding of the payments ecosystem and key operational challenges relevant to card issuers
