Job Description

As a Senior Game Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of gaming. We seek a creative and experienced designer who can translate ideas into exceptional game features and mechanics. You'll work collaboratively with talented teams to contribute to both the innovative design process and the production of high-quality games for major studios.

You will be responsible for facilitating all issues and decisions related to design, creating and maintaining design documentation for assigned projects, providing instruction, feedback, and guidance to mid and associate-level game designers, creating and improving standard documentation within the design team, and developing one-pagers, full GDDs, and presentations to share your design vision with the project team.

Our ideal candidate is comfortable working in various areas of game design, including narrative, level design, mechanics, economy, or prototyping/scripting. They will also have the ability to work closely with game designers from other studios, provide consistent quality output, and adapt to changes.

The successful candidate will have more than 5 years of experience in the game design career track, intermediate/advanced English language skills, preferred mobile, PC, and console gaming experience, excellent communication skills, an excellent understanding of game design fundamentals, and the ability to work independently and in a team.

Additionally, they will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be able to produce efficient software design, update their job knowledge proactively, and have a proactive attitude oriented towards results.
