We are seeking a skilled and experienced Public Relations professional to join our team.

As a key member of our public relations team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans that drive business results.

Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other key stakeholders in the Web3 and crypto industry.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Developing and implementing integrated communication strategies for technology sector clients, with a focus on blockchain.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Preparing and distributing communications materials, including press releases, articles, and newsletters.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure cohesive and effective messaging.
  • Monitoring and analyzing media coverage to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Conducting media outreach and follow-ups.
  • Organizing events, conferences, and webinars to enhance client visibility.
  • Managing communication crises when necessary.
  • Monitoring media trends and creating performance reports.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Public Relations or Communications.
  • Previous experience in press relations or communication agencies.
  • Established relationships with journalists, particularly in the technology, business, and finance sectors, is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese (written and spoken) with exceptional writing and grammar skills.
  • Advanced or fluent English is essential, as we work with international clients and use the language daily.
  • Proactive and responsible attitude towards challenges, with a strong commitment to achieving results.
  • Excellent organizational and self-management skills, as the position is primarily remote, even post-pandemic, with occasional in-person meetings at the agency or with clients.
  • Experience in the blockchain industry and a genuine interest in the Web3 ecosystem are highly desirable.
