Global Mobility Specialist

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end mobility lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. They will partner with various teams to operationalize policy updates and implement risk-mitigation protocols.

The Global Mobility Specialist will leverage a mobility platform to automate processes, track assignment costs, and monitor compliance metrics. They will also maintain self-service tools for common relocation scenarios and provide support to assignees and business travelers.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 5 years+ of experience in global mobility operations with hands-on lifecycle process execution.
  • Fluent in English, with Mandarin preferred.
  • GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) or process automation credentials preferred.
