Recrutamento para Lead DevOps

Uma organização líder no mercado está em busca de um(a) profissional altamente capacitado(a) para liderar iniciativas de automação, segurança, performance e confiabilidade em ambientes em nuvem.

O ideal é que o candidato tenha forte atuação técnica e visão estratégica para implementar e manter pipelines CI/CD eficientes, gerenciar ambientes em nuvem (principalmente AWS), garantir segurança, performance e disponibilidade dos serviços e apoiar equipes de desenvolvimento com boas práticas de entrega contínua.

Principais Responsabilidades:
  • Liderar práticas de DevOps, DevSecOps e automação de infraestrutura;
  • Implantar e manter pipelines CI/CD eficientes;
  • Gerenciar ambientes em nuvem (principalmente AWS);
  • Garantir segurança, performance e disponibilidade dos serviços;
  • Apoiar equipes de desenvolvimento com boas práticas de entrega contínua;
  • Monitorar e otimizar sistemas por meio de métricas e logs.
Requisitos Técnicos:Segurança & DevSecOps:
  • Experiência em integração de segurança no ciclo de vida do desenvolvimento;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas como Orca, AWS WAF, VPNs.
Nuvem & Redes:
  • AWS (ECS, IAM, KMS, Cognito, API Gateway, RDS, SSM);
  • TCP/IP, sub-redes, ACLs, tabelas de rotas.
Contêineres & Orquestração:
  • Criação e gerenciamento de contêineres com Docker e ECS;
CI/CD & Scripting:
  • Ferramentas: GitHub Actions, Bitbucket;
  • Linguagens: Python, Bash;
  • Infraestrutura como Código (IaC): Terraform, Ansible.
Monitoramento & Logging:
  • ELK Stack, Datadog;
  • Análise de métricas e logs para identificação e resolução de problemas.
Bancos de Dados:
  • Instalação, configuração e tuning (desejável);
  • MongoDB / Atlas, PostgreSQL.
Inglês:
  • Leitura técnica de documentação e materiais de estudo.
