About the Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a hospitality location. As a leader, you will be accountable for delivering commercial, financial, and operating results that align with the company's goals and strategies.

The role requires a strong operational expertise, with a focus on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and employee engagement. You will oversee all departments, including rooms, food and beverage, maintenance, and experience, and make decisions in collaboration with the Country Operations Director or Cluster General Manager.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Location Operations Team to ensure delivery of commercial and financial operating results
• Oversee all departments, including rooms, food and beverage, maintenance, and experience
• Collaborate with the Commercial team to review forecasted revenue, ADR & Occupancy
• Proactively review rates, online ranking, and other metrics to ensure alignment with pricing and positioning strategy


Requirements

We are looking for an experienced hotel general manager who has a proven track record of delivering commercial and financial results. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build a high-performing team.

Key qualifications include:

• At least 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a similar location
• Strong operational expertise, with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction and employee engagement
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Strong knowledge of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
