Role: Finance Director

We seek a seasoned professional to lead our finance team in Brazil, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial information, tax obligations, and accounting processes. As a strategic partner, you will drive process improvements and harmonization across Latin America.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements according to local regulations and IFRS standards.
• Led an effective management of Contabilidade, Fiscal, Contas a Pagar, and Folha de Pagamento departments, guaranteeing operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Indirectly support internal control agenda and conformity, ensuring adherence to corporate policies.
• Promote initiatives for transformation, automation, and continuous improvement in financial and accounting processes.
• Collaborate with the Latin America Controller Board, influencing and supporting regional practices and procedures harmonization.
• Develop solid relationships with business areas, regions, and globally, acting as a strategic partner for management.
• Lead and engage teams under their responsibility, promoting development, collaboration, and high performance.
• Support financial management in strategic analysis, technical projects, and special projects.

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; MBA/Master's degree in Finance, Controllership, or related areas is desirable.
• Solid experience in multinational companies and complex environments.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards.
• Strong experience in financial, fiscal, and accounting analysis.
• A proven track record in process improvement and financial transformation projects.
• Fluent English and intermediate Spanish language skills.
• A flexible leadership profile: capable of hands-on action when necessary, but with a focus on strategy and long-term vision.
• The ability to lead change, engage teams, and influence stakeholders at different levels.
