About the Role
  • Assist with various operational tasks such as project management, case management software, project management, training, and other skills.
  • Monitor compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the design and establishment of appropriate and consistent standards and controls.
  • Coordinate monthly compliance metrics and prepare management dashboard reports.
  • Support record management efforts.
  • Aid in projects, research, and managing data.
  • Detection and prevention of fraud or corruption.
  • In-depth research and interpretation of written guidelines and documents.
  • Review of complex issues.
Requirements
  • You are a currently enrolled student at a university studying preferably in the following fields: Business Administration, Legal, Accounting, and/or Finance & Administration.
  • Demonstrated experience building, sustaining, and leveraging relationships.
  • Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and attention to detail with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Demonstrated willingness to take initiative and act decisively.
  • Ability to think strategically and influence teammates on multiple, cross-functional teams.
  • Positive, can-do attitude while working remotely.
  • Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
  • Ability to organize, manage, analyze, and interpret large amounts of data to identify trends and themes.
  • Superior Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
