Technical Lead Developer - High Impact Role
Job DescriptionThis is a highly skilled and proactive Software Development Manager position. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, provide strategic leadership, and drive initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Duties- Lead complex and multi-disciplinary projects, assist the team with problem solving by offering suggestions, technical guidelines and feedback, ensure quality, performance and security.
- Ensure valuable deliveries, timeline, ceremonies, project metrics, remove blocks, manage risks, report project status, collect and apply lessons learned.
- Evaluate employees, provide IDPs, give feedback, conduct 1:1s, ensure processes are followed, improve productivity, motivate the team, provide career direction, hire and dismiss personnel.
- Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, taking accountability to deliver software solutions and get the development team's commitment.
- Propose and promote process improvements.
The ideal candidate should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related areas or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with software development.
- Leadership experience in software development projects.
- Ability to manage customers expectations while working with cross-functional teams to meet customer/product delivery goals.
- Knowledge and experience in agile methodologies.
