Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned marketing expert to collaborate with cross-functional teams in creating innovative solutions that drive business growth and improve lives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven marketing strategies, leveraging expertise in market analysis, campaign development, and team management.


The Impact You'll Make
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to expand our presence in Brazil.
  • Facilitate country-wide portfolio reviews to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Implement global NPI's and commercialization processes tailored to local markets.
  • Manage pricing and develop region-specific portfolio strategies.
  • Determine local action plans to capitalize on growth opportunities in existing customers.
  • Support local sales managers, channels, reps, and clinical specialists in achieving sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, the successful candidate must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of delivering business results.
  • Fluent English language skills.

Desirable skills include:

  • An MBA (Master of Business Administration) or equivalent.
  • Spanish language proficiency.
  • Experience in marketing and product management/development in a healthcare or medical device environment.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Strategic pricing understanding and ability to adapt global strategies into regional tactics.
