Job Opportunity

We are seeking a senior headhunter to assist in finding skilled engineers willing to relocate to Sweden. The country offers high living standards compared internationally.

The primary task will be to locate suitable candidates and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.

To convince potential candidates to move abroad can be one of life's biggest challenges, so building trust with suitable candidates is crucial.

You will have support from a global team of recruiters and an executive management team based in Sweden, as well as a dedicated delivery management team handling relocation logistics for our consultants.

Our clients operate primarily within the fields of software development, research and development, cybersecurity, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.

You will collaborate with colleagues from multiple countries, including Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Vietnam.

As part of our team, you will contribute to helping engineers and their families establish new careers and lives in Sweden, guided by our core values: joy, trust, and professionalism.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional recruitment experience in the IT sector or similar technical background.
  • A strong network of local engineering talent within the IT industry.
  • Exceptional service orientation, flexibility, and a commitment to finding optimal solutions.
  • High-quality brand awareness and excellent communication skills.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing principles.
  • Upper intermediate English proficiency.
  • Basic knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and methods, along with the ability to learn new concepts quickly.
  • Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented, with the capacity to identify and close recruitment requests.
  • Confident, happy, social, friendly, and self-motivated with a high level of enthusiasm.
  • Durable and persistent, with the ability to handle rejection as motivation to try harder.
  • Passionate about success, with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues, and customers.
  • Responsive, responsible, and representative in all aspects of your work.
