Bar Server Professional

Provide exceptional guest experiences as a skilled Bar Server. Your role involves managing bar shifts efficiently, utilizing opportunities to expand knowledge in all areas of supervision, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and facilities.

Main responsibilities include:

• Managing tables and ensuring prompt service of drinks and food according to customer requests
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Upselling and maximizing revenue through effective training and motivational techniques
• Meeting or exceeding monthly drink profit margin targets

To succeed, you should possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as a warm personality, attentive demeanor, and smart presentation. Previous experience in similar roles and a passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service are advantageous.
