About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Safety and Quality Technician Jr to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for independently operating and maintaining equipment and systems, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain equipment to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets.
- Execute standard work processes using autonomous maintenance and progressive maintenance standards.
- Ensure safety processes are observed and quality assurance activities are performed.
- Participate in shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reduction loss analysis, and breakdown elimination.
Requirements
- Machine operations and TPM-Total Productive Maintenance Tools.
- Safety and quality standards for operating machinery.
- Reading and writing and fluently conversant in the language of communication as appropriate to the site.
- Collaborating well in a diverse work environment.
- Understanding of total productive maintenance tools and methodologies a distinct advantage.
