We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to join our Core Banking Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing back-end systems and business-critical customer servicing products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop cloud-based core banking systems in the LATAM region.
  • Manage and engineer the core banking engine (Mambu) for the Digital Bank and wallet solution.
  • Integrate core banking systems into existing payments rails to enable seamless interfaces across channels.
  • Collaborate with Project Manager and other stakeholders to plan and schedule product releases.
  • Work with industry partners to integrate our systems with other applications or systems.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science or related fields.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing back-end systems and/or building business-critical customer servicing products.
  • Strong leadership skills to collaborate across various teams to arrive at effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
