Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our consulting practice. In this role, you will contribute to high-impact projects that drive sustainable growth for clients. You will work closely with issuers, merchants, and digital banks to position Visa as a preferred brand and trusted business partner.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights from data and develop actionable recommendations. They will also have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create frameworks, solutions, and toolkits that address client challenges.
We are looking for a self-motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work effectively in a team.
Responsibilities:
- Support consulting engagements from scoping to delivery.
- Analyze data to extract insights and develop recommendations.
- Create frameworks, solutions, and toolkits to address client challenges.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Produce clear reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 2 or more years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience working with financial indicators and product management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with ability to handle numerous projects concurrently.
