Job Title: Senior System Architect

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior System Architect to join our global delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical design and architecture of complex software solutions for insurance companies.
  • Collaborate with Business Architects, Solution Architects, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
  • Provide hands-on leadership during system configuration, customization, and integration activities.
  • Define and enforce best practices around system performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Guide development teams through solution implementation, code reviews, and technical issue resolution.
  • Support integration with third-party systems, APIs, and cloud platforms.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing across project teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or technical consulting.
  • Strong background in core insurance systems (Policy, Billing, Claims, or Customer Management).
  • Hands-on experience with Java, REST APIs, cloud-native architectures, and microservices.
  • Experience working with integration tools, middleware, and enterprise platforms.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish is required.
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
