Key Role in Delivering Solutions

Implement and Configure Solutions to Drive Business Goals

As a trusted advisor, you will help customers achieve their objectives by implementing and configuring solutions. Your role involves delivering solutions to new and existing customers, handling projects with varying scope and complexity.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Act as a customer advocate throughout the implementation project lifecycle.
  • Manage customer relationships and internal project team communication for successful project delivery.
  • Lead onsite and remote meetings and workshops with customer project teams to align solution requirements.
  • Offer innovative solutions when faced with challenges or scope adjustments.
  • Contribute to the development and management of change orders to navigate scope, budget, and timeline changes effectively.
  • Perform solution testing and coordinate QA testing with customers during User Acceptance Testing.
  • Develop and deliver customer-specific training programs during project implementations.
  • Assist Support teams with resolving customer configuration defects.
  • Travel occasionally to customer sites.
Working Environment
  • This role sits within our Professional Services organization, reporting to the Manager, Consulting.
  • You will have access to the Global Services community for support, including talented peers, project managers, solution architects, and subject matter experts.

Ideal Qualifications
  • 5+ years of technical implementation consulting experience with SaaS solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with software configuration, including coding (XML/HTML).
  • A good understanding of cloud technology principles and service delivery targets.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex enterprise-level challenges and deliver practical solutions.
  • A passion for customer satisfaction and effective relationship management.

Onboarding Process
  • Corporate and Departmental onboarding within 1 month.
