We are seeking a seasoned Product Development Manager to drive the success of our innovative products. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch analysis.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical concepts and be able to translate them into clear requirements. They will also possess excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to prioritize features based on feasibility, impact, and value.
In this role, you will collaborate with developers, designers, and leadership to define roadmaps, requirements, and launch new products. You will conduct market research and customer discovery to understand product value propositions and ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Responsibilities:Lead product development and roadmap: manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch analysis, define user stories, acceptance criteria, and oversee backlog and workflows.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements. Evaluate solutions and prioritize features based on feasibility, impact, and value.
Conduct market research and customer discovery to understand product value propositions.
Collaborate across teams: gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure delivery.
Ensure timely delivery and quality standards; organize testing and feedback processes.
5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a technical role.
Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Asana.
Strong understanding of microservices, P2P systems, JavaScript.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities remotely.
Experience defining, tracking, and reporting on KPIs; familiarity with A/B testing is a plus.
Experience with AI and P2P projects is advantageous.
Hands-on JavaScript development experience (Node.js, React, Angular) is a plus.
