About the Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive, curious, and motivated colleague to join our Regulatory Affairs team in Brazil. As a Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will drive regulatory strategies for Household Care and Industrial Biosolutions in the Americas and Bioenergy in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective regulatory strategies to secure timely approvals and compliance.
  • Monitor chemical regulations in Brazil, Colombia, Peru, and Chile, representing the team in external working groups and trade associations.
  • Lead dossier preparation for new registrations and renewals.
  • Support annual tonnage reporting for the Americas.
  • Ensure product documentation meets regional and global standards.
  • Manage regulatory data in internal systems.
  • Coordinate documentation with global/local teams for submissions.
  • Support chemical inventory management and tracking regulatory status in NA and Latam.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related scientific disciplines.
  • Over 7 years of experience in regulatory affairs, with extensive experience in the Home Care industry or related industries.
  • Experience representing the company in trade associations and with local regulatory authorities.
  • Expertise in GMM dossier is a plus.
  • Skilled in translating biotech concepts into regulatory terms.
  • Clear communicator with strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and quick to adapt.
  • Comfortable working independently and in teams.
  • Native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
