Job Summary

As a seasoned Information Security Project Manager at IQVIA, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our digital assets, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information. You will lead and manage security programs, drive compliance with industry standards and regulations, and govern project scope, plans, and schedules for moderately complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate project scope, plans, and schedules for moderately complex projects, adhering to metrics for project success and defining appropriate metrics where lacking.

• Identify risks to program success and escalate to management as necessary.

• Manage project delivery process, scope, and costs of moderately complex projects under broad supervision, driving completion of the project.

• Manage stakeholder relationships, lead cross-functional project teams to successfully deliver project objectives, and develop and execute a communication plan.

• Manage change by identifying impacts of the project, building awareness and support for change within the organization, and contributing to the development of training.

• Evaluate project results against success metrics, recommend or implement changes to processes, resources, and solutions that improve productivity and end product.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in IT, and/or Information Security, and/or product development required.

• Project management experience required.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required.

• Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, CIS, etc.) and risk management methodologies preferred.

• CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications preferred.
