Process Optimization and Risk Mitigation Expert Job DescriptionThis is an ideal role for professionals who are passionate about optimizing business processes, mitigating risks, and ensuring effective internal controls.As a Process Auditor, you will be responsible for defining audit scope, objectives, and methodology, identifying risk areas, and creating detailed audit plans. You will also collect and analyze systemic data to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.In addition, you will assess the effectiveness of internal controls across business processes, ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, standards, and internal policies, and collaborate with audited areas to propose actionable solutions and process improvements.You will also document findings and prepare comprehensive reports with recommendations for stakeholders, monitor the implementation of corrective actions, and ensure timely and effective resolution of identified issues. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.Fluent English (required for meetings, presentations, and reporting).Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably in internal audit or Big Four firms.Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.Broad understanding of various business and industrial areas.Clear and effective communication across all organizational levels.Proactive approach to learning and exploring diverse topics.
