About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at Spirax Sarco. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong commercial relationships with customers in the industrial segment of the Uberlândia region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to visit customers in the industrial segment, ensuring effective coverage of the region.
  • Collaborate with the application engineering team to analyze customer needs and provide technical solutions for problem-solving and new project implementation.
  • Conduct technical specifications of materials, gathering process data from customers to provide products that meet their needs with the lowest application cost and highest durability.
  • Prepare budgets and technical reports for products, ensuring competitive advantage for the business.
  • Record business opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Maintain customer records, ensuring integrity and quality of information for strategic decision-making.
  • Convert customer visits into sales, contributing to the achievement of sales target plans established by the company.
  • Monitor material invoicing, using system backlogs and aligning with the factory to meet delivery deadlines and billing goals.
  • Support customer relationships as part of the sales strategy and commercial management, providing information on delivery dates, billing, installation, and start-up of materials, ensuring proper functioning and performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in technical sales.
  • Higher education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Chemistry, or Mechanical Technician.
  • Knowledge in industrial processes.
  • Experience in account management.
  • Experience with negotiation techniques.
  • Analytical ability to identify business opportunities from data.
