About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Trauma Marketing Manager to join our team in LatAm. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic marketing plans to maximize brand equity in the trauma sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive product launches and portfolio strategy within the trauma product line.
  • Lead customer insights initiatives to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop customer-centric approaches to drive product and service innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies and product launches within the trauma product line.
  • Mentor the marketing team on establishing KPIs, measuring customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced level of English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Experience with orthopedic products; knowledge in Trauma is a plus.
  • Previous experience managing teams.
  • Strong experience in Medical Devices companies.
