Experience Required Hotel Night Auditor

The primary responsibility of the Hotel Night Auditor is to ensure the accuracy and security of guest accounts. To excel in this position, one must possess a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
This role involves performing front office and night audit duties according to established standards. Key responsibilities include managing guest arrivals, departures, and overall experience, as well as providing information on hotel policies, services, and amenities.
A successful Hotel Night Auditor will also be able to:
- Manage cash, credit card transactions, and direct bill accounts
- Investigate or analyze out-of-balance situations and make necessary adjustments
- Complete various computer audit reports
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent hospitality skills
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including extended hours, weekends, and holidays
