Responsabilidades

Como Arquiteto de Soluções em Nuvem, você será responsável por:

  • Reunir insights de clientes e parceiros para mapear soluções com os resultados de negócios;
  • Identificar e desenvolver relacionamentos impactantes com equipes internas e especialistas técnicos de clientes e parceiros;
  • Propor soluções viáveis com base em produtos técnicos específicos;
  • Compreender as condições de sucesso do cliente e atender às necessidades do cliente;
  • Contribuir para a satisfação do cliente, proporcionando uma experiência positiva;
  • Identificar problemas e aconselhar clientes a operar e otimizar o desempenho em acordo com as melhores práticas da Microsoft;
  • Aplicar metodologia e governança para minimizar riscos de negócios e técnicos;
  • Trabalhar de forma independente com o cliente para identificar, determinar as causas raiz e resolver bloqueios para acelerar o consumo e a implementação da solução;
  • Utilizar o conhecimento dos produtos, serviços e proposições de valor da Microsoft e seus concorrentes nas conversas com clientes e parceiros para avaliar as necessidades dos clientes e identificar oportunidades de crescimento;
  • Participar de discussões sobre design de arquitetura, resiliência e otimização técnica que resultam na aplicação de implantação de produção e aumentam o uso e consumo do cliente;
  • Compreender as soluções de arquitetura dos concorrentes e identificar os pontos fortes da Microsoft sobre as soluções concorrentes para demonstrar o valor da Microsoft para clientes e parceiros;
  • Aproveitar as oportunidades de desenvolvimento para aprender novas tecnologias e serviços;
  • Compartilhar ideias, insights e contribuições técnicas com membros da equipe virtual;
  • Apoiar projetos de pesquisa e contribuir para levantamentos de escopo para clientes e parceiros para avaliar possíveis necessidades de propriedade intelectual ou mudanças de processo;
  • Contribuir para a criação e atualização de propriedade intelectual identificando lacunas através da entrega e comunicando essas lacunas para outros.
Requisitos

Para se candidatar a este cargo, você deve ter:

  • Bacharelado em Ciência da Computação, Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia, Negócios ou área relacionada;
  • 2+ anos de experiência em tecnologias de nuvem/infraestrutura, consultoria/suporte em tecnologia da informação (TI), administração de sistemas, operações de rede, desenvolvimento/suporte de software, soluções tecnológicas, desenvolvimento de práticas, arquitetura e/ou consultoria;
  • Fluência em Português e nível avançado de Inglês;
  • Experiência equivalente;
  • 2+ anos de experiência trabalhando em um papel voltado para o cliente;
  • 2+ anos de experiência trabalhando em projetos técnicos;
  • Certificação Técnica em Nuvem (por exemplo, Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, certificações de segurança).
