We are seeking a skilled Financial Reconciliation Analyst to join our team in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and reconcile monthly accounts payable statements in a timely manner.
- Ensure suppliers reconcile statements and submit deduction slips in a timely manner.
- Validate supplier payment information in the SRM system and ensure normal payment every month.
- Assess the accuracy of advance payment request forms and ensure the progress of payment.
- Implement and maintain the settlement system, process, and settlement statement audit requirements.
- Fluent in Chinese and at least 3 years of experience in financial reconciliation for medium to large fashion brands.
- Finance graduate with excellent cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, patience, and stress resistance, with good logical thinking ability and adaptability.
- Strong learning initiative and ability to use office software efficiently.
- Experience in settlement work for internet platforms is a plus.
