We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill this role.

About the Position

You will work with our clients in one of two capacities:

  • Integrated Services: You will collaborate directly with our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
  • Product Development: You will be part of a product team that builds and delivers products to our clients.
Required Skills
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
  • Prior experience with IBM WebSphere, MQ stack, and ESQL is necessary.
  • Agile / Scrum team experience is required.
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.Net, and Internet Information Services (IIS) is essential.
  • Knowledge of message queue software such as IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, or Amazon SQS is required.
  • The ability to write SQL queries and produce useful metrics from relational databases is crucial.
  • Experience working on complex distributed systems built around the .Net framework and IBM WebSphere platform is necessary.
  • A four-year college degree is required for consideration.
  • Advanced English language proficiency is necessary.
  • The ability to take ownership of your work and deliver results is essential.
  • You must be able to identify with our clients' goals and dedicate yourself to delivering on commitments.
  • An understanding of industry best practices and a commitment to following them is necessary.
  • You must be able to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
  • A positive mindset and a can-do attitude are required.
  • Forensic attention to detail is necessary.
  • You must be able to consistently work 40 hours per week.
