Role Overview
  • Create an inclusive, in-person community through facilitating customer-focused workshops centered on wellness and building healthy habits.
  • Deliver engaging workshop experiences, providing supportive Wellness Check-ins, and celebrating member successes.
  • Drive member recruitment and retention by delivering consistent on-brand member experiences, driving referrals, and developing personal connections with members.
  • Maintain and increase product sales by tailoring recommendations of WW products and offerings and understanding member needs and pain points.
  • Be a WW brand ambassador in the local community, attracting new members, and representing WW in local events if required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate workshops, provide coaching, and deliver effective new member orientations.
  • Recruit and retain members, drive referrals, and engage with the WW community through social media and Connect (WW's in-app social media platform).
  • Tailor product recommendations and drive sales while understanding member needs and pain points.
  • Conduct new member orientations to ensure new members understand the current WW program and start their wellness journeys immediately.
